From the Workshop to Industrial Beauty

The history of Vertaglia Infissi began in 1960 in Santarcangelo di Romagna, where brothers Dante and Candio Vertaglia, master carpenters, established a small artisanal workshop. Their vision was both simple and visionary: to transform matter into form and technique into style. From that passion, a brand was born that today represents the excellence of Made in Italy fixtures across the globe.
In the 1970s and 80s, with the arrival of Giuseppe Mussoni and Loris Drudi, the company expanded, introducing new production processes and evolving into two distinct entities. This marked the beginning of an industrial development phase for Vertaglia Infissi Srl that kept the artisanal quality of its origins alive.
Paola Vertaglia joined the company in 1992 through a gradual and natural path. She began by observing, learning, and listening, in order to gain a deep understanding of the company’s reality and the people who are part of it.
Only after this journey of profound and conscious knowledge, over time, did Paola begin to lead the company - doing so with the same respect for the roots from which it was born and with the courage required to envision its future. A leadership built day by day, founded on responsibility, vision, and trust.
A key role in this path has been played by the long-standing collaboration with Loris Drudi, whose outstanding technical expertise, passion, and commitment have supported and strengthened the company’s international development.
Thanks to this synergy, the first relationships with the American market were initiated and consolidated, positioning Vertaglia among the most highly regarded Italian excellences overseas.
The new millennium ushered in innovation and sustainability: the introduction of hybrid wood-aluminum and wood-bronze solutions, the NEXT line, and CE and CasaClima Nature certifications—all testifying to a constant commitment to quality and the environment.
