Questa importante trasformazione è solo l’ultima delle recenti tappe che stanno confermando l’azienda ai massimi livelli nazionale ed internazionale nella produzione di infissi in legno ed in acciaio. La trasformazione in S.p.A. è avvenuta nei giorni scorsi ed ha visto un aumento di capitale sociale a € 600.000,00 interamente versato. Cogliamo l’occasione per ringraziare i dipendenti, i collaboratori, i fornitori e tutti i clienti che ci hanno preferito in Italia e nel Mondo: l’impegno che abbiamo profuso da oltre 50 anni continuerà ad accompagnarci e contraddistinguerci nel futuro!

We are proud to announce that our company has changed it’s business name in Vertaglia Infissi S.p.A. (Joint stock company). This important change is the last of many steps that are confirming the company at the highest national and international levels in the production of wooden and steel windows. The transformation into S.p.A. took place in these days and saw a capital increase of € 600.000,00 fully paid. We take this opportunity to thank our employees, collaborators, suppliers and our customers who have chosen Vertaglia in Italy and in the rest of the world: the great efforts we made for over 50 years will continue to accompany and distinguish us in the future!
